2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and reproducible nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the payment has been processed and the download link has been generated or sent to your email.

We strongly urge you to carefully review the product description, measurements, technical requirements, and blueprint previews (facades, floor plans, etc.) before finalizing your purchase to ensure the project meets your specific requirements.

3. Exceptions and Technical Support Warranty
