1. PRODUCT NATURE
The digital files included in this package (PDF, DWG, Calculations, and Renders) represent over 20 years of steel engineering expertise from AF STUDIO. and have been standardized by MAX STUDIO for international sale. These documents are provided solely as Technical and Conceptual Reference Material.
2. MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL VALIDATION
This project has been designed under general international engineering standards. However:
- Local Review: The buyer is legally obligated to hire a licensed architect or structural engineer in the jurisdiction where the construction is intended to take place to review, adapt, and seal these plans.
- Soil Analysis: This design does not account for specific site ground conditions. A professional geotechnical report is required to adapt foundations accordingly.
- Seismic and Climatic Loads: The buyer must verify that steel calculations and structural connections comply with local seismic, wind, and snow load codes.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MAX STUDIO, its directors, and the original entity AF STUDIO. shall not be held liable for:
- Errors resulting from misinterpretation of plans by the contractor.
- Structural failures if the project is executed without local certified professional supervision.
- Permit denials by municipal or governmental building authorities.
- Modifications made to original source files (DWG) by the buyer or third parties.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
By purchasing this product, you are granted a Single-Use License:
- You are authorized to build one (1) single unit based on this design per purchase.
- Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or publication of these digital files is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual property of the original design remains exclusively with MAX STUDIO.
